Fee Disclosure

Mode of Charging:
Our investment advisory fees are charged on a transparent, pre-agreed basis. The charging structure may be flat fee, AUM-based, hourly, or retainer model, depending on client preference and service scope.

Fee Limits as per SEBI Guidelines:
Fees are levied strictly within SEBI’s prescribed limits:
• Up to ₹1,25,000 per annum per client under the fixed-fee model.
• Up to 2.5% of Assets Under Advice (AUA) per annum under the AUA-based model.

Taxes & Payment Methods:
All fees are subject to applicable taxes (GST and others, as applicable).
Payments are accepted only through account payee cheque, demand draft, or bank transfer in the name of the adviser.
Cash payments are strictly not accepted.

Refund and Renewal Policy:
Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except in cases of client service termination before engagement commencement. Renewals are processed only upon mutual consent and completion of a fresh agreement, in compliance with SEBI guidelines.

No Commissions or Incentives:
We do not receive any commissions, incentives, referral fees, or any other monetary or non-monetary benefits from any product manufacturer or intermediary. All advice is purely fee-based and unbiased.
